Handy Fold Up Pouches

Handy Fold Up Pouches

Last month I got carried away making these adorable litte pouches from the book Stitched by Aneela Hoey.  It’s all part of yet another sewalong that I’ve got involved in called #sew6organizers.  This one has been organised by Stacey and Zena and the goal is to make 6 of the patterns out of the book over the space of 6 months. That’s one a month.  Easy peasy.

For the first month of the sew along I chose the only pattern that I had actually tried out of the book before.  Knowing it was pretty straight forward I prepped the fabric to make lots of them, I made 10 in total.  5 in each size.   They are adorable little pouches:

Not needing to buy any extras like zips was a handy thing. Over the next few months I will be making less in the month because they get more technical as we go along but I think this is a going to be a fab way to use up my fabrics.

When I get some time I will be adding a few of these makes to my etsy shop.  So do keep checking in with that too.

That’s it for this weeks Two Tiny Makes.
