Two Tiny Hand Painting

Hand Painting

We got given a hand painting present as a birth present for the Robot.  It sat on the side for about six weeks, I was eager to use it.  The trouble with new-born babies hands is that they are clasped tight shut.  They don’t open them to make nice prints for a poster!  We opted to try feet.  Here is our result:

Roll on to 9 and 1/2 months, we shall try it again.  Not with the nice tree though, but hopefully a co-operative Robot!  We kept the green paint pad so away we go.  I don’t think I need to do a how to guide.  Maybe I do, in baby language…

As you can see from the pictures. This was a disastrous attempt at a craft activity!  The green pad looked like a piece of lettuce (I can only assume).  I’ll store away the green pad for another six months and try again!

No hand print was made in the making of this blog post!

#ABC123 is a challenge I have set myself to complete 26 weeks of posts, every week a different letter of the alphabet.  This week we are on the letter H.  Excuse my pun on my website name inthe title.  This week we were Hand painting!

  1. Looks like Robot had great fun – you are braver than me! I would have been ok if the paint had only been eaten… My whole house would have been green, even at 4 Pie can only paint under very close supervision!! Thanks for linking #PuddingLove

It’s a really old carpet and I share no love with it. Infact the more I get it messy the more we might get a new one!! Perfect plan! I tried edible paint, there is a post on here somewhere.

Thanks Franca, he is a sweety. I am really enjoying the spirit of #KCACOLS and I’ll have to come help host one day in the future. I just bought some new paint so watch this space!
