This week I am sharing a link to an Interview I have written with Orsolya Hernold. She has developed focused journaling and has free guided journaling courses that focus on one specific area of someone’s life at a time. I thought that this would be great to share with you as fellow bloggers. We all write, but if we focus on a specific area of our life to hopefully learn from our daily experiences then this can only be a good thing? She also sells beautiful journals to go with the course should needed.
This week I am awarding #Abrandnewday to Mummy in a Tutu – Eat the Story . Getting children to eat healthily is always difficult, but Katies idea is brilliant, make a story on your plate! Making good examples to our children be it with healthy eating or exercise can only ever be a good thing.
